Presenter Information

Congratulations on being accepted to present at ACA2024! Use the resources below to plan your time at the Annual Meeting. All Annual Meeting presenters who submitted abstracts for oral sessions must be in Denver to present. There are no virtual options for presenters.

Abstract Notification

Scheduling notifications for talks in oral sessions were sent out on May 3, 2024. If you haven't received yours yet, please check your email filters or search for your name in the online program. Please ensure you understand your presentation time and take responsibility for checking for any scheduling conflicts.

Preparing Your Talk

Presentations should be formatted using the widescreen (16:9) slide size, not 4:3. All seminar rooms will have PCs running MS Windows only, so if your presentation was prepared on a Mac or other non-Windows based system, it is STRONGLY recommended that you review it in the Speaker Ready room prior to giving your talk.  If you have any questions regarding your talk please contact your session chair.

Presenter Questions

As a speaker, if you have any questions about your presentation, please contact the session chairs before the meeting begins. Since each session is unique and organized by its respective chairs, they are the best point of contact for specific details about your talk.
